Tree Wax Weight = (Number of Parts per Tree *
Part Volume * Wax Density) / Gating Efficiency

The mass of wax required for a single tree of wax patterns depends on the following:

• Number of Parts per Tree

• Part volume (specified by the geometric property Volume)

• Wax density: listed in the column Density of the lookup table tblWaxProperties for the wax material with Name ‘Default’.
